Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SPM/STPM.

• At least 1 to 2 years of Freight Operations experience within the Freight Forwarding.

• Solid knowledge of International Trade rules and freight forwarding processes.

• Possess a strong hunter-sales mentality.

• Result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Actively source new shipment inquiries and provide timely quotations via email daily.

• Promote comprehensive company services, including air freight, sea freight, customs brokerage, transportation, and warehousing.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential prospects.

• Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure all shipments are executed smoothly.

• Manage individual sales goals, KPIs, and follow up on outstanding account receivables.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet sales, operational, and general business performance targets.

• Engage regularly with existing and potential customers through meetings and consistent follow-ups to solicit sales.

• Grow and expand assigned territories by hunting for fresh opportunities while maintaining existing business accounts.
