Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 -2 years of working experience in accounting and administrative functions.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar accounting systems is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Handle full set or partial accounting duties, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist in monthly financial closing, financial reports, and audit preparation.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
Process staff claims, petty cash, and supplier payments.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and external parties on accounting and administrative matters.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other business documents when required.
Manage office supplies and support daily office operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant statutory requirements.
Assist management with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
