Special Officer to CEO

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful and proactive Special Officer to CEO to work directly with the CEO in driving business execution across multiple brands under Seruni Global Sdn Bhd.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple projects and working closely with senior management. You will be responsible for ensuring company initiatives, strategic projects and CEO directives are executed efficiently across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on daily business operations and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate and follow up with all departments to ensure tasks are completed according to timeline
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials and business proposals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business feasibility studies
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO when required
• Track departmental KPIs and highlight potential risks, delays or operational issues
• Coordinate cross functional projects involving multiple departments
• Assist the CEO in evaluating business opportunities, partnerships and expansion plans
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in business operations, project management, consulting or related roles
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly proactive with strong sense of urgency
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Willing to travel when required

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
