Job Description

Requirements

  • Must be fluent (written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

  • No phone calls are required as the role only involves responding to customers via chat

  • 22 working days and 8 days off per month

  • Rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Morning: 08:00-16:00, Evening: 16:00-00:00, Midnight: 00:00-08:00

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by giving information about products and services
  • Answer questions and offer other helpful services or products
  • Handle complaints by finding the cause, offering solutions, and following up
  • Share customer feedback and needs with the team or manager
  • Work well with teammates to achieve goals
  • Build trust and good relationships with customers
  • Give correct and complete information using the right tools
  • Follow company guidelines and policies when chatting to customers
  • Go the extra mile to keep customers happy
