Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel overseas when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
  • Passion or interest in sports, especially golforracket sports, is a plus.
  • Japanese language proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Source sports accessories by working closely with overseas customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with global clients to provide project updates and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support new product development by managing procurement activities, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Create and maintain accurate product information, including product codes, packaging specifications, and shipping details.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure procurement documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and manage the end-to-end logistics process.
  • Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain organized procurement records and proper document control.
  • Follow up on product samples, assist with basic material inspections, and support product development activities when required.
