Develop and execute sales strategies to promote logistics and freight forwarding services.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare quotations and sales proposals, and follow up to close deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets for sea freight, air freight, import/export, and customs clearance services.
Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Monitor customer payments and ensure compliance with company credit terms.
Keep up with market trends and competitor activities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Tanggungjawab
Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client visits (preferred).
