Full Time Tour consultant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Kembara Salam Travel & Tours Selangor - Maukerja

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Recommend suitable travel packages based on customers' preferences and budget.
• Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and package proposals.
• Arrange and manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, tours, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and industry trends.
• Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
