Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project venues.

Assist with sales enquiries, quotations, proposals and presentations.

Communicate with clients and provide project updates.

Coordinate with venues, suppliers, contractors and crew.

Assist in planning events, exhibitions, roadshows and product launches.

Support client meetings, site visits and project documentation.

Be involved in on-site setup, rehearsals, show days and dismantling.

Assist the Manager in handling operational issues and last-minute changes.

Support marketing and company promotional activities when required.
