Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Microelectronics Engineering.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience in service engineering or a related field will have an added advantage.

Knowledge of ISO 17025 is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A team player who can work well under pressure.

Possess own transportation and be willing to travel to customer sites.

Conduct calibration and maintenance activities at customer sites and in the laboratory.

Perform equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and after-sales service.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out corrective actions and on-site repairs.

Perform site work, including working at heights when required.

Prepare and maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements.

Provide technical support to the sales team, including technical clarifications, quotations, and service reports.

Prepare timely and accurate service reports and technical documentation.

Assist with other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
