Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Basic knowledge of CNC machining, mills, lathes or similar equipment is an advantage

Able to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

Aware of basic workshop and machining safety practices

Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines under supervisor guidance

Follow work orders and technical drawings to support precision machining tasks

Perform routine checks and inspections of machine functionality and workpieces

Assist in adjusting machine settings to ensure product accuracy

Help clean and maintain machines to ensure consistent performance

Communicate with supervisors and machinists on daily production tasks and progress
