Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 2-3 years of HR experience will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and candidates.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.

Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.

Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR letters, and managing employee documentation.

Monitor employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR information.

Coordinate employee communication and daily HR matters, acting as the point of contact between employees and management while assisting with employee enquiries and workplace coordination.

Maintain HR compliance and documentation, including ISO documentation, HR policies, and personnel records.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as company events, employee welfare initiatives, team-building activities, and Support daily HR operations and perform other HR-related administrative duties assigned by Management.
