Sepenuh Masa Purchaser Jobs, salary up to MYR 9,000 in Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

1–3 years indirect procurement experience, familiar with PPE/hardware/MRO sourcing

Able to do cost comparison and basic TCO analysis

Proficient in Excel and procurement ERP systems

Good negotiation, communication and multi-tasking skills

Detail-oriented, honest and strict with compliance rules

Supply chain/business degree preferred; CIPS/CPSM certification is a plus

Source and buy daily indirect items: PPE, hardware, gloves, cleaning supplies, maintenance parts and office goods

Collect purchase requests from all departments, standardize product demands

Issue RFQ/RFP, compare vendors, negotiate price, delivery and service terms

Draft, track and renew service & supply contracts, manage SLA terms

Evaluate supplier performance, resolve late delivery or defective goods issues

Create POs in ERP system, track total spend and submit cost saving reports

Minimize unapproved off-contract purchases (maverick spend)

Communicate with internal teams to follow company procurement policies

Ensure all purchasing activities meet compliance and audit requirements
