1 years of experience in external audit, preferably within a reputable accounting firm

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and the audit team

Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office suite

Commitment to adhering to professional ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Assist in the planning, execution and completion of external audit engagements for a diverse range of clients

Gather and analyse financial data, perform account reconciliations and conduct substantive testing procedures

Document audit findings, prepare reports and communicate results to the audit team

Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and clarify queries

Support the team in implementing and adhering to audit methodologies and quality standards

Continuously update your knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices
