Full Time Boilerman Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Mark Walker Drinks Selangor - Maukerja

1. The Boilerman is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of boiler systems to support carbonated beverage production.

2. This role ensures compliance with DOSH (JKKP) regulations, maintains steam supply reliability, and upholds safety, quality, and energy efficiency standards within the factory.

3. Must have Boilerman Gred 2 license.

Note: The working location will be at Jalan Welfare, Kg Baru Sg Buloh.

Boiler Operations & Maintenance

Operate, monitor, and control boiler systems to ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production processes.

Conduct daily boiler checks including pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and safety devices.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to boilers, steam lines, and related equipment.

Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance and annual inspections with external contractors or authorities.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with DOSH (JKKP) requirements, boiler certification, and statutory inspections.

Maintain accurate boiler operation logs, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.

Enforce safety procedures, emergency response actions, and proper use of PPE at all times.

Immediately report and rectify unsafe conditions, abnormalities, or incidents related to boiler operations.

Utilities & Energy Management

Monitor fuel, water treatment, and chemical dosing to ensure optimal boiler performance.

Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize downtime.

Support water treatment management to prevent scaling, corrosion, and system inefficiencies.

Production Support

Work closely with Production, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure steam availability aligns with production schedules.

Respond promptly to production-related boiler issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Training & Mentoring (if applicable)

Mentor and guide apprentices or junior technicians on boiler operation, safety, and compliance practices.

Support knowledge transfer and proper handover of boiler-related SOPs and procedures.
