Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if applicable).

  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, leave administration, and employee relations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll systems is an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and confidential.

  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and claims processing.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding procedures.

  • Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.

  • Prepare HR reports, letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.

  • Oversee office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain proper filing systems for HR and administrative documents.

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, staff activities, and internal communications.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
