Full Time Process Engineering Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 15,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Allstaff Sdn Bhd Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 8–10 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing environment with at least 3–5 years in managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge in SMT, Electrical Testing (ET), Backend Assembly, automation processes and manufacturing engineering practices.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, OEE improvement and cost reduction projects.

Familiar with Industry 4.0 implementation, MES systems, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

Proficiency in Chines (read and write) is a must, to deal with China vendors.

To lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers in developing and maintaining process for the following zones: Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Electrical Testing (ET), Backend manual assembly and automated Processes, and Final Inspection.

Responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, optimizing costs, ensuring technical excellence and supporting cross-site operations.

Process Efficiency: Achieve defined cycle time, throughput, and yield improvements.

Cost Reduction: Deliver measurable cost savings through process optimization.

Project Delivery: Complete engineering projects on schedule and within budget.

Quality Performance: Ensure zero major quality issues and improve first-pass yield.

Cross-Site Contribution: Effective deployment of best practices and measurable support to other sites.
