Plan, assist in social media content strategy planning with your team leader, cross-department to provide great social media value to the assigned project.

Researching social media trends, design, and video formats that will gather the attention of the target audience

Planning the creative strategy for external clients as well as for Battle Mind Creative’s own social media

Assisting with on-site photography & video production

Liaising with teammates, designers, ads performers, and clients to update them on the progress of creative development

Report and liaise with clients to update them on progress to date and obtain information/collaborate where necessary

Work with a team to brainstorm, strategize and produce content for client and internal accounts

Creative copywriting for social media content, email marketing, and other marketing materials

Ability to use Microsoft Words, Powerpoint, Excel.

Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia & 华语 is added advantage)

Attitude to grow & keen learner

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and flexibility is key when it comes to working in a startup.
