This position take primary ownership of the more complex systems within the company's travel technology stack, including front, mid, back office, and CRM, while supporting the rollout of statistic reporting and system compliance monitoring. This role is critical to strengthening system support coverage as the company's infrastructure continues to expand, particularly as our company scales into the corporate, global, and wholesaler market space. The incumbent will work closely with the existing System Support Executive to ensure full backup coverage across all platforms, and will mentor junior team members as the function grows.

• Own end-to-end support and issue resolution for front, mid, back office, and CRM system, acting as the primary point of contact for these systems.

• Lead pre-go-live testing, UAT coordination, and workflow validation with vendors, ensuring deliverables meet agreed readiness benchmarks before sign-off.

• Manage vendor relationships and escalations for assigned systems, including tracking gap closures and timelines.

• Set up and maintain statistic reporting for system performance, usage, and operational metrics across supported platforms.

• Establish and monitor system compliance processes, ensuring platforms meet internal policy and any applicable regulatory or industry standards.

• Support project delivery activities for new system rollouts and enhancements, including scoping, timeline tracking, and stakeholder updates.

• Prepare and present regular status reports to management on system health, project progress, and outstanding risks.
