The Ticketing Division Department is responsible for managing travel bookings efficiently and accurately. This includes handling group fare negotiations, issuing and reissuing tickets, maintaining group reservations, and ensuring compliance with airline policies and deadlines.

• 1–3 years of experience in travel and ticketing.

• Basic proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for issuing, reissuing, canceling, and refunding of tickets

• Familiarity with LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) portals Understanding of hotel bookings via GDS, hotel aggregator platforms and direct hotel channels

• Basic familiarity with visa coordination and travel documentation requirements

• Understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing deadlines, and class codes

• Basic client communication skills.

• Book, reissue, cancel, and send for refund airline tickets via GDS and LCC portals.

• Book, modify, and cancel/refund hotel reservations.

• Arrange car/limousine bookings, handle modifications, cancellations, and refunds through approved platforms and suppliers.

• Coordinate and process visa processing and manage other corporate travel support services efficiently.

• Ensure all key responsibilities are processed and finalized promptly in accordance with the standard SLA/KPI.
