Conduct tele-sales activities to promote the company’s products and services. 

Explain product offerings, promotions, and pre-qualify prospects based on set criteria. 

Perform outbound calls to introduce digital membership services and exclusive online offers. 

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and product updates. 

Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve campaign effectiveness. 

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and relevant regulatory guidelines. 

Maintain accurate and organized records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
