Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 2 years of HR experience is preferred.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll and statutory contributions.

Experience in manufacturing, GMP, food, supplement or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.

Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR or payroll systems.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the role may involve communication with Chinese-speaking employees and management.

Able to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.

Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and staff orientation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personnel documentation.

Assist with payroll, overtime, allowances, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB matters.

Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR documents.

Handle employee enquiries, disciplinary matters and staff welfare.

Coordinate training, performance reviews and employee development.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.

Support foreign-worker administration, permits and accommodation when required.

Assist management with manpower planning and HR reports.

Organise staff activities and promote a positive working environment.
