Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Proficient in Python development with strong software engineering and coding skills; capable of independently developing services, processing data, and integrating APIs.

• Familiar with mainstream LLM application development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, etc., with hands-on project experience.

• Experience integrating APIs from major LLM providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Qwen (Tongyi Qianwen), Doubao, and others; solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and related concepts.

• Strong understanding of the RAG technology stack, including text chunking, embeddings, vector retrieval, recall optimization, and reranking.

• Familiar with at least one vector database, such as Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus, or Weaviate.

• Experience with cloud platforms and service deployment, including Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong system design, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building complex intelligent systems involving AI Agents, Multi-Agent architectures, and Workflow Orchestration.

• Experience delivering enterprise AI platforms, knowledge management systems, or Copilot-like products.

• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, semantic search, and information extraction.

• Experience developing AI applications involving video, image, or multimodal technologies.

• Familiarity with engineering and DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and service monitoring.

• Experience with AI infrastructure, such as high-concurrency AI services, inference optimization, and model deployment, is highly preferred.

• Design and develop AI Agents, bots, intelligent workflows, and related systems based on the Lark (Feishu) ecosystem, driving business intelligence and digital transformation.

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge base systems, including knowledge ingestion, vectorization, retrieval optimization, access control, and AI application integration.

• Participate throughout the entire AI application lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, deployment, performance optimization, and system reliability assurance.

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and leading domestic models to develop AI applications including business copilots, intelligent assistants, and automated operation tools.

• Develop capabilities in Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, Workflow Orchestration, and Multi-Agent Collaboration to continuously improve AI application performance and stability.

• Promote the implementation of AI technologies in R&D, operations, customer service, data analytics, and other business scenarios to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making effectiveness.

• Stay current with emerging technologies in Large Language Models, Agent Frameworks, RAG, and AI Infrastructure, and contribute to technology evolution and platform upgrades.
