Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical terminology, healthcare licenses, certifications, and industry compliance standards.

Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and time-management skills to thrive under tight staffing deadlines.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for clinical roles (e.g., nurses, physicians, allied health) and administrative positions.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize specialized healthcare job boards, professional networks, social media, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of passive talent.

Compliance & Credentialing: Verify candidate credentials, including state licenses, board certifications, degrees, and medical backgrounds, ensuring 100% compliance with healthcare regulations.

Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with clinical directors and hospital executives to understand staffing gaps, define job requirements, and provide regular market insights.

Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating compensation packages, and coordinate pre-employment drug screens and background checks.

Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires from offer acceptance to their first day.
