Minimum qualification of a Diploma or at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Proven experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume communications.

Follow up with leads obtained from multiple channels (e.g., social media ads, company website, community groups, referral programs, banners, and flyers).

Contact candidates who have registered but have not turned up for work.

Manage over 100 existing WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and attrited full-time/part-time courier and sorter pools.

Answer worker queries regarding pay, hub locations, shift hours, and other general concerns.

Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

Support the operations team with ID creation, especially during peak seasons and weekends.
