Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines from an accredited institution.

Minimum 5 years of on-site civil engineering management experience, with a solid understanding of Malaysia's construction processes and standards.

Familiar with approval processes and completion inspection standards.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stress management skills; high sense of responsibility and willingness to be based on site.

Fully responsible for on-site civil construction management, coordinating progress, quality, safety, cost, and site discipline, and resolving technical issues on site.

Liaise with local design consultants, supervising consultants, and relevant stakeholders to efficiently communicate technical solutions, coordinate drawing reviews, and manage construction coordination.

Assist the Project Manager in the full process of project approvals, documentation submissions, government inspections, and handover upon completion.

Review construction plans, work quantities, and site variation orders; supervise construction procedures and material inspection upon delivery.

Prepare daily site logs, weekly and monthly reports, and project documentation, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
