• Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional content creation / video editing experience.

• Technical Skills:Expert proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, Canva or similar editing software.

• Language: Mandarin speaker

Key Responsibilities (The "Hard Work")

• Content Creation & IP Development: Edit high-quality videos for [Platforms: e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Rednotes] that align with our brand voice. You will take ownership of the "look and feel" of our content, contributing to the development of our unique Intellectual Property.

• Creative Storytelling: Go beyond simple cuts. Use transitions, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance the narrative and evoke emotion.

• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve. Identify emerging trends, audio, and formats to ensure our content remains relevant and influential.

• Asset Management: Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets efficiently to streamline the production workflow.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team (directors, scriptwriters) to bring concepts to life, but also have the confidence to pitch your own ideas.

• Quality Control: Ensure all content meets technical specifications and aesthetic standards before publishing.

Schedule & Working Hours (The "Flexibility")

• Days: 6 days per week (offday set as you like).

• Hours: Flexible (subject to production needs).

  • Standard shifts may vary between: 09:00 – 18:00or12:00 – 21:00.

  • Note: We operate on a deadline-driven schedule. You may be required to work later during peak production cycles or major launches. We are looking for someone who is committed to finishing the job, even if it means putting in extra time.
