AIR SPACE is a Taiwan-based fashion brand expanding across Malaysia and Singapore. We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Executive who is passionate about fashion, social media trends, and content creation.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to learn the full content marketing process — from analysing performance data, planning content strategies, creating social media content, coordinating with creators, and managing daily social media operations.

You will work closely with the Malaysia marketing team and Taiwan Head Quarter team to create engaging content that strengthens our brand presence.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with working experience are both welcome to apply.

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Fashion, or related fields are bonus points

• Able to communicate in Mandarin with the Taiwan head quarter (spoken and written).

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or any other video editing apps ).

• Passionate about fashion, social media, and digital trends.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling both creative and administrative tasks.

• Analyse weekly social media performance and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.

• Plan and propose weekly content ideas based on data, trends, campaigns, and business goals.

• Create and execute social media content, including:

  • Short video editing (CapCut)

  • Caption writing and copywriting

  • Coordinating with designers, visual team, KOLs, KOCs, and UGC creators

  • Assisting with content shoots and production

• Manage social media calendars, scheduling, and daily content publishing.

• Support PR and influencer collaborations.

• Communicate with Taiwan Head Quarter marketing team in Mandarin for campaign alignment and content coordination.
