Essential Qualities:

• Genuine passion for working with individuals with autism or special needs.

• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to coaching.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Responsible, reliable, and committed to punctuality and professionalism.

• Physically fit and able to demonstrate and participate in sports activities.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in coaching sports, physical education, or working with special needs populations.

• Basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and sensory processing.

• Relevant coaching or fitness certification.

WORKING HOURS

• 45 hours per week, schedule determined based on operational needs (may include evenings and weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver fun, structured sports sessions (e.g., basic athletics, motor skills, ball games) tailored for individuals with autism.

• Adapt coaching methods to accommodate sensory sensitivities, varied communication levels, and motor challenges.

• Track and document athlete progress and session attendance for commission reporting.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment at all times.

• Comply with all reasonable and lawful directions from management.

• Report any concerns, incidents, or wrongdoing immediately.

• Use best endeavours to promote and extend the Company’s programmes and reputation.

• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
