Full Time Site Coordinator Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Adept Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role (construction/engineering industry preferred)

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with construction-related systems/software is an advantage

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team

Manage and maintain site records, documents, and correspondence

Coordinate and schedule site meetings, appointments, and events

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related documentation

Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support daily site operations
