Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role

Experience in wood-based products, furniture, building materials, or related industries is an advantage

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to export markets and international trade is an added advantage

Willingness to travel locally and internationally

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key clients

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demand

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business plans

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client engagements
