Minimum Diploma or degree in related field

At least 2 years relevant working experience in HRM

Good working knowledge of HR processes, practices and employment laws. Good excel knowledge.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the HR Department including recruitment support

Ensure consistent implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to HR matters.

Ensure all HR function activities comply with legal requirements and relevant employment laws.

Assist in payroll administration and ensure the HRMS is maintained promptly and accurately.

Manage staff recreation activities and employee engagement activities.

Conduct exit interview.

Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
