Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).

At least 4–6 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.

Mandatory experience in SAP.

Supervisory experience is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow management.

Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and reports.

Monitor AR/AP ageing, ensure timely collections and payments, and perform sub-ledger reconciliations.

Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations and maintain proper accounting documentation.

Support SST/GST, tax compliance, and statutory submissions; liaise with tax authorities when required.

Maintain Fixed Asset Register and monitor depreciation schedules.

Review payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.

Assist in preparation of management reports, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

Supervise and guide finance team members in daily operations.

Undertake ad-hoc tasks and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
