Minimum Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field

Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply. Candidates with prior relevant experience are preferred

Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese (Mandarin)

Working Day: 5 days / 45 hours / week

Client care: Counsel mothers and patients on nutrition; provide pre/post-sales services and follow-ups

Service & inquiries: Deliver excellent customer service; log and resolve requests, feedback, and complaints on time

Administration: Register check-ins; manage appointments, reports, and sales documents (invoices, receipts)

Relationship & communication: Build strong client rapport; deliver presentations, trainings, and meetings

Team & operations: Lead and develop the team; supervise housekeeping; maintain a clean, safe, and quality workspace; follow company standards
