Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Strong communication skills with a disciplined and positive work attitude.

Monitor and report campaign performance, recommending improvements based on results.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.

Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print materials.

Support the Sales Team with promotional materials, lead generation, and customer database management.

Coordinate marketing events such as project launches, exhibitions, and sales booths.
