Full Time QC Manager - Based in Rawang Jobs, in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science

• Minimum 5 years experience in a plastic injection moulding or engineering environment

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A proactive, independent mindset with a commitment to quality

• Willingness to be based in Rawang

As the QC/QA Manager, youll be  responsible for:

• Designing and implementing robust Quality Control procedures

• Setting and achieving departmental productivity and quality goals

• Leading root-cause analysis and resolution of quality issues (in-house & customer)

• Overseeing Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Packing Standards, and QA documentation

• Acting as Quality Management Representative (QMR)andEHS Representative, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 & ISO 13485

• Coordinating audits, emergency meetings, and external liaison for quality systems

• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of quality engineers

• Managing departmental budgets, resources, and performance reviews
