Oversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused servie delivery.

Take full ownership of P&L performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management.

Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Design, coordinate, and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consisten excellence in customer experience.

Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
