Minimum 3 5 years experience in professional kitchen with at least 2 years specializing in Chinese Cuisine / Hot kitchen / wok cooking

Prior experience in hotels, restaurants or catering operation preferred.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulation, Halal regulations (HACCP certified is a plus)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Creative and passionate about food with strong attention to details.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with all level

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early morning, late night and weekends.

Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

Prepare, cook and present dishes, ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning and presentation.

Manage the section and supervise cook and commis position to ensure smooth operation.

Maintain strict quality control measures for food presentation, flavor and consistency, ensuring the meals meet companys expectation.

Food Safety and hygiene: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations such as proper storage, transportation and preparation to prevent contamination and ensure passenger health.

Collaboration and Training: Work closely with Senior Sous Chef and other departments in menu planning and recipe development for Chinese Cuisine.
