Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate must be a computer literate.

Possess valid class D driving license

Candidate must be proactive & organized, committed and able to work independently & cope with pressure.

Able to great customer in a timely, friendly manner.

Able to attend customer’s car problems and recommend appropriate solution.

Able to estimate repair cost and job completion time, follow up on work progress and update customers accordingly when technicians discover additional problems.

Able to deliver completed car with explanation work performed.

Able to handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction standard.
