Our client is an established Business Process Outsourcing company supporting international brands across customer service and operational functions. In this role, you will provide customer support for a leading global travel platform serving travellers and accommodation partners worldwide.

Who Will Be Suitable for This Role?

• Mandarin / Cantonese speaking candidate with at least 12 months of Call Centre / BPO working experience.

• Malaysian citizens with at least an SPM, UEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Able to communicate in English when handling customers, internal systems, and workplace instructions.

• Customer-focused, patient, and comfortable working in a rotational-shift call-centre environment.

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related enquiries.

• Provide support through inbound calls, emails, live chat, or other assigned customer service channels.

• Explain booking policies, payment matters, promotional terms, and platform procedures clearly.

• Coordinate with hotels, accommodation partners, and internal departments to resolve customer cases.

• Handle customer complaints and unexpected travel issues in a professional and solution-focused manner.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure each enquiry is followed up according to service procedures.
