Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and Malaysian accounting standards.

Experience using accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.

Good understanding of SST and Malaysian tax requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Positive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player.

Experience in audit or handling multiple entities will be an added advantage.

Handle full sets of accounts independently.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and general ledger reconciliations.

Process supplier invoices, customer billings, receipts, and payments.

Prepare SST submissions and other statutory reports where applicable.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and government authorities.

Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow reports.

Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Support continuous improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.

Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
