Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.

Experience supervising warehouse teams is preferred.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

Able to use warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer applications.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery activities.

Monitor and ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse records.

Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Plan and assign daily tasks to warehouse team members.

Ensure goods are properly stored, arranged, and handled according to company procedures.

Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.

Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and sales departments regarding stock availability and deliveries.

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.

Identify operational issues and propose improvements to increase efficiency.

Train and guide warehouse staff on proper handling procedures and safety practices.

Prepare warehouse reports including stock status, discrepancies, and operational updates.
