We are a licensed recruitment agency in Malaysia, supporting companies across various industries in finding suitable candidates. As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will help source and engage candidates for our active job vacancies while earning an attractive commission for every successful placement.

This is a flexible opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere, set your own schedule, and manage recruitment activities without daily travelling or office attendance. You will follow a simple recruitment process and receive vacancy details, recruitment materials, and guidance from our recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Who Will Be Suitable for This Role?

• Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin, as the role requires engaging and following up with Mandarin-speaking candidates

• Possess at least 12 months of working experience in a call centre, BPO, or customer service environment.

• Comfortable approaching, communicating with, and following up with potential job seekers.

• Candidates with previous internal employee referral experience will be preferred.

• Experience sourcing candidates through Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or other social media platforms will be preferred.

• Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable working independently under a commission-based arrangement.

• Source suitable candidates through personal contacts, employee referral networks, social media, and other available channels.

• Share suitable job opportunities and engage interested candidates.

• Conduct an initial screening to understand candidates’ experience, language ability, salary expectations, and availability.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with our recruitment team to support successful candidate placements.
