Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Experience in construction and maintenance industry will be advantage.

Familiarity with supplier payments, prepayments and claims processing will be advantage.

Experience supporting audit, tax or budget preparation work will be advantage.

Prepare, issue, and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents.

Record daily financial transactions, collections, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on unusual or outstanding transactions.

Prepare monthly finance reports, including AR ageing, MSD reports, and Bank Guarantee monitoring and utilisation reports.

Support budgeting, tax filing, and audit preparation by preparing schedules, documents, and supporting information.
