We're looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities for our website design and digital marketing services. If you're confident communicating with people, enjoy building relationships, and love achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you.

As an SDR, you'll connect with business owners and decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels to identify potential clients and schedule appointments for our Business Development team.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or a fresh graduate with the right attitude, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in telesales, lead generation, customer service, or business development is an advantage.

• Knowledge of website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, or digital marketing is a strong advantage, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and identify potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Introduce our website development and digital marketing solutions to prospective customers.

• Qualify leads and understand their business needs.

• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM.

• Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
