Kelayakan

  1. Must have at least DBKK yellow card if not green card

  2. Must have relevant experience with western style pastry baking

  3. Practice good hygiene

  4. Must have strict food safety knowledge

  5. Ability to work fast under pressure and manage stock/supplies

  6. Work well with/in a team

Tanggungjawab

  1. Make pastries as well as breads, cakes, and cookies using exact recipes

  2. Produce consistent products up to standard

  3. Keep track of supplies, stock levels and acquire/utilise ingredients within budget

  4. Keep the work station clean and follow strict health and food safety rules

  5. Help keep daily operations running as smooth as possible
