Requirements

• Proven experience in aircon, refrigeration, or F&B equipment repair

• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

• Able to communicate well in both English and Malay

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with the operations team

• Own transport with a valid Class G driving license (able to drive a van)

• Willing to travel between outlets as needed

• Willing to work overtime, including nights and weekends, for emergency cases affecting business operations

• Able to work independently and manage own schedule

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service, repair, and maintain our food & beverage equipment and cooling systems across outlets. The ideal candidate is a skilled all-rounder who can respond quickly to breakdowns and keep equipment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and repair air-conditioning units, including part replacements

• Service and repair chiller and freezer units, including part replacements

• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-warranty machines: ice makers, coffee machines, hot water boilers, speed ovens, and speed microwaves

• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all equipment

• Liaise closely with the operations team to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to outlet operations

• Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, and parts used

• Respond promptly to urgent breakdown calls across outlet locations
