Full Time Customer Service - Import Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Career Horizons Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years of working experience involving in customer service.

Candidate who hold a KEK certificate will be an added advantage.

Candidate should possess at least Diploma or Bachelor/Degree in Logistics/Supply ChainManagement or equivalent;

Must be able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.

Good interpersonal & communication skill

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

To be responsible for overseeing the entire process of importing and exporting goods, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, and shipping documents.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations: Must stay up-to-date with customs laws and regulations and ensure that all import and export activities adhere to these requirements and is responsible for classifying goods according to customs codes, determining duty rates, and ensuring appropriate licenses and permits are obtained.

Liaise with government agencies and customs authorities: To act as intermediaries betweenimporters/exporters and customs authorities. To communicate with customs officials, government agencies, and other relevant parties to resolve any issues, provide the necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Provide customs advice and guidance: To offer guidance and advice to clients regardingcustoms regulations, procedures, and requirements and assist in interpreting complex customs laws and help clients navigate through customs processes efficiently.

Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams: To collaborate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. They provide necessary documentation to shipping agents, monitor shipment status, and facilitate customs clearance processes.
