Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires the candidate to handle Mandarin-speaking agencies.

Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Stress tolerance and ability to work in a pressured environment.

Serve walk in customer

Data entry for warehouse in/out inventory

Prepare invoices / delivery order

Liase with finance for all related finance work including po

Maintain filing & documentation

Assist stockcount

Answer phone call, reply whatsapps enquiry, handle warranty enquiry & etc

Assist video content creator o do shooting & editing

Assist during live hosting session

Maintain office supplies inventory

Keep track & data entry for claims

Follow up deliveries
