Requirements

• 1–2 years experience hosting or appearing on camera for livestreams

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Able to follow selling flow and drive conversions

• Able to meet monthly KPI sales targets

• Familiar with livestream tools (TikTok Live Studio, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, OBS)

• Good time management; able to handle 2–3 sessions per day

• Able to work 5.5 days per week

• Able to work shift-based schedules, including occasional late shifts on campaign days

• Able to work on weekends when required (campaign periods)

• Able to prepare basic reports and follow internal processes

• Able to learn fast and follow instructions accurately

• Minimum education: Certificates / Vocational / Diploma

• English proficiency required

Advanced experience with livestream tools or platform backend (Ads Manager, Campaign Center, OBS, pricing tools)

• Host 2–3 livestream sessions per day with confidence and professionalism

• Follow selling flow and drive conversions during livestreams

• Support sales performance and contribute to monthly KPI targets

• Assist with livestream setup, equipment, and tools

• Support campaign preparation and daily livestream operations

• Prepare basic reports and presentation decks for internal use

• Ensure livestream deliverables are completed accurately and on time

• Work on shift-based schedules, including:

  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

  • 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (campaign days)

• Able to work 5.5 days per week, including occasional weekends during campaigns

• Able to work on weekends when required (campaign periods)
