Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Product Management, Banking, or Financial Services.

Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and wealth management products.

Experience in product development, product launches, and campaign management.

To contribute in Wealth Management business for both Branch, Premier and Private Banking channels.

To launch new Wealth Management products and run campaigns to increase its sales and fee revenue.

To work closely with risk, compliance, audit and legal for product approval.

To assist to drive goals and build strong brand name, acquires new customer, deepen customer relationship and established long term and profitable customers.

To launch projects and campaigns to increase Wealth Management sales and fee revenue of existing products

To promote product bundling with other bank products to enhance cross selling efforts and increase customer product ratio.

To conduct regular product audits of specific opportunities across the product shelf

To develop subject matter expertise to prospectus and other regulatory documents

To do analysis and review of product pricing and profit metrics Collect feedback from frontline and response to feedbacks in order to enhance product offering and service delivery.

To participate in wealth related projects for further product and system enhancement.

To lead on implementation for new partnerships of insurance partners. To co-lead for Banca matters related.
